Emails You May Receive from NetroFlex

When you interact with NetroFlex CIP™ — whether by joining the Early Access waitlist, creating an account, or using the platform — you may receive the following types of emails:

Transactional emails are directly related to a service you requested and cannot be opted out of while your account or waitlist record is active. They do not constitute marketing under CAN-SPAM. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message and can be opted out of at any time.

Sender Identity

All automated emails from NetroFlex CIP™ are sent from the following address:

  • From: NetroFlex CIP <noreply@netroflex.com>
  • Reply-To: support@netroflex.com
  • Domain: netroflex.com

We recommend adding noreply@netroflex.com to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure delivery. If you reply to a confirmation email, your reply will be directed to support@netroflex.com and reviewed by our team.

NetroFlex will never ask for your password, payment details, or personal information via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from NetroFlex that asks for such information, do not respond — contact support@netroflex.com immediately.

How to Unsubscribe

Every marketing email we send includes a clearly visible unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking this link will remove you from marketing communications immediately.

You may also opt out by:

  • Emailing privacy@netroflex.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and the email address you wish to remove
  • Adjusting your communication preferences in your NetroFlex account settings (once your account is created)

We will process all opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. After this period, you will not receive further marketing emails from us.

Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails does not delete your waitlist record or account. To request full data deletion, email privacy@netroflex.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

CAN-SPAM Act Compliance

NetroFlex CIP™ complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. All commercial emails we send include:

  • A clear and accurate "From" name and email address identifying NetroFlex as the sender
  • A subject line that accurately reflects the content of the email
  • Clear identification that the message is an advertisement where applicable
  • Our physical mailing address: NetroFlex, United States
  • A clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing email
  • Prompt honouring of opt-out requests within 10 business days

We do not use deceptive header information, misleading subject lines, or third-party email harvesting. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

GDPR — Email Communications for EU/EEA Users

For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, our legal basis for sending emails is:

  • Transactional emails: Necessary for the performance of a contract or provision of a requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b))
  • Marketing emails: Legitimate interest in communicating with individuals who have voluntarily joined our waitlist and expressed interest in our product (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), with the right to object at any time

EU/EEA users have the right to object to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at privacy@netroflex.com. We will process objections without requiring justification and without detriment to your waitlist or account status.
